I WANT TO HELP · A CROSS-ECOSYSTEM ENTRY PATHWAY
Where help finds purpose.
What you bring can become what someone needs.
Sometimes help begins with a person who has time. Sometimes it begins with a skill, a connection, a vehicle, a room, a tool, a meal, an introduction, a prayer, or the willingness to show up.
Help Shows Up creates one place for people, organizations, businesses, churches, and communities to offer what they can bring—and for that willingness to connect with meaningful opportunities. You may want to strengthen Wellsprings Mission, support a specific Emerging Initiative, serve your own community, or simply help wherever your contribution can do the most good.

NEED HOURS FOR BENEFITS OR ANOTHER REQUIREMENT?
If you need work, volunteer, community-service, training, or participation hours, tell us what you can do and what your situation allows.
We can look for meaningful in-person or remote possibilities where available, with flexibility around skills, transportation, schedule, internet access, caregiving responsibilities, and other practical needs.
Help Shows Up can help explore possible fits, but the agency or program administering your requirement decides whether an activity qualifies.
TWO SHARED WAYS TO BEGIN
Whether you need support or want to offer it, there is a clear place to begin.
A place to begin when you need support, guidance, resources, or simply help figuring out the next step.
Find a way forward I'M READY TO HELPA place to begin when you want what you bring—time, skills, care, resources, relationships, or willingness—to become something meaningful.

WAYS HELP CAN SHOW UP
You do not have to arrive with a perfect plan. Start with what you already have, know, can do, or are willing to explore.
Volunteer hours, practical presence, companionship, event help, sorting, serving, or showing up when a hand is needed.
Trades, technology, caregiving, administration, communication, finance, teaching, mentoring, and more.
Useful supplies, tools, equipment, food, household items, or resources that can meet a real need.
A ride, delivery capacity, vehicle access, logistics knowledge, or help moving people and resources.
Specialized knowledge or pro bono capacity that can help an organization or initiative move forward.
A business, church, nonprofit, team, or group that can contribute people, reach, services, or infrastructure.
Land, rooms, meeting space, storage, housing possibilities, or facilities that could make something possible.
Gifts, sponsorship, underwriting, or funding aligned with a specific need or developing possibility.
Prayer, spiritual support, encouragement, listening, and the human presence that helps people keep going.
A connection, introduction, partner, advocate, or community relationship that could open the right door.
Interest in learning, serving, building experience, meeting service-hour requirements, or exploring work pathways.
You may simply know that you want to help. That is enough to begin the conversation.
GOOD WORKS OUT · THE MATCHING ENGINE
Good Works Out brings together what you can offer, what you care about, and what real life allows—then looks for where that combination can become useful.
Those three pieces come together before the next step does.

Start with what you may be able to bring.
Add the realities that shape what will actually work.
Look for a fit between contribution, interest, and need.
Move toward the next appropriate conversation, referral, or opportunity.
DEVELOPING PATHWAYS
These pathways are developing. Tell us where you are starting, and we can begin learning what might fit.
