CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

Terms of Use.

Effective September 28, 2026

A developing pathway

Help Shows Up is developing. Using the site or submitting information does not guarantee a match, placement, referral, employment, compensation, eligibility, response time, or acceptance by any organization.

Independent organizations and opportunities

Organizations may set their own screening, background-check, credential, training, cost, insurance, scheduling, safety, and eligibility requirements. A listing, referral, or introduction does not by itself mean Wellsprings has screened, endorsed, insured, supervised, or guaranteed an organization or opportunity.

Use good judgment

Exercise appropriate judgment before meeting someone, entering private property, transporting people or goods, performing work, sharing personal information, spending money, or accepting an opportunity.

Not a professional or emergency service

Help Shows Up is not an emergency, crisis, medical, legal, employment, protective, financial, or background-screening service. Emergencies require 911. In the United States, mental-health crises can use 988 and general community resources may be available through 211.

Accuracy

Users and organizations should provide accurate information and promptly correct material changes. Submitted opportunities are reviewed before public posting, referral, or introduction but review does not guarantee accuracy or safety.

Changes

These terms may change as the pathway develops. Continued use after a posted update means the current version applies to later use.
