Help Shows Up may collect information you choose to provide through contributor, caregiver, benefits and service-hours, organization, or contact forms, including name, contact information, general location, availability, interests, skills, transportation, organizational affiliation, opportunity details, required-hours context, and other information you choose to share.

Please do not submit highly sensitive medical, legal, financial, immigration, or criminal-history information in initial forms.

How we use information

Information may be used to respond to you, understand possible contribution or opportunity fit, support manual matching and introductions, operate and protect the website, and improve the visitor experience. We do not sell personal information.

Forms and service providers

Intake forms are submitted through Brevo, which provides form and contact-management infrastructure for Help Shows Up. Information submitted through a connected form is transmitted to Brevo for processing and follow-up.

Cookies and optional analytics

Necessary storage remembers your privacy choice. Optional analytics use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity and remain disabled unless you choose to allow analytics. These tools help us understand site use, navigation, and where visitors encounter friction so we can improve the experience.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, optional analytics remain disabled for that browser.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers that support website operations or communications, or with an organization or initiative when an introduction is appropriate and you have provided or authorized the relevant information.
